Frequently asked questions
Clear answers, explicit boundaries.
These answers describe the current product direction and verified workflow boundaries. Availability of integrations and production capabilities depends on the specific deployment.
What is K-Sleep Care?
K-Sleep Care is an AI care-operations service for sleep clinics and DMEs. It helps teams understand why a CPAP patient is struggling, coordinate the response, assign the right decision, and keep the case visible through outcome review.
Who is the workflow for?
The workflow is designed for sleep clinics, DMEs, and PAP follow-up teams, including coordinators, coaches, clinicians, and equipment-support staff. The exact deployment and integration model should be verified for each organization.
Why does K-Sleep Care start with the first 90 days of CPAP?
Early problems with comfort, use, data access, or unanswered questions can interrupt treatment and create follow-up-dependent reimbursement or recurring-revenue risk. K-Sleep Care starts there because the work is time-sensitive, multi-step, and often divided across several people.
What does CareLoop do?
CareLoop is the provider operations workflow. It brings patient-reported barriers together with available treatment and follow-up context, prioritizes cases, prepares the next operational action, and keeps owners, due windows, handoffs, and clinical review visible.
What does SOOMi do?
SOOMi helps patients navigate routine PAP questions and captures reported barriers for follow-up. It connects that support context to the care team while final diagnosis, treatment, prescription, and PAP pressure decisions remain with the clinician.
What is the provider-specific care playbook?
Reviewed cases can preserve the problem, intervention, approval, handoff, and outcome in the organization’s operating record. Over time, that record can help the team apply its own reviewed follow-up patterns more consistently. This does not claim cross-provider data sharing or cross-tenant model training.
Is K-Sleep Care only for CPAP?
CPAP is the starting workflow. The product roadmap is intended to extend the same care loop to medication, device, and combination-therapy workflows—including GLP-1 therapies, oral medications, and care for other sleep disorders. These future workflows should not be read as currently deployed capabilities.
Does K-Sleep Care make clinical decisions?
No. Candidate actions and evidence summaries may support the care team, but final diagnosis, treatment, prescription, and PAP pressure decisions remain with the clinician.
Are patient messages sent automatically?
Not from the verified CareLoop path described on this website. The current path prepares drafts and in-portal work; it does not automatically send SMS, AlimTalk, or push messages to patients.
Are EHR, DME, and payer integrations live?
The English product views currently shown are synthetic previews and do not represent live EHR write-back, payer submission, or DME integration. Integration availability must be verified for the specific deployment.
Does the website show real patient data?
No. Product panels on this website are synthetic illustrations. The walkthrough is designed to work without real patient data.
Is K-Sleep Care making a compliance or regulatory certification claim?
No. The website describes specific workflow and architecture boundaries. It does not present those controls as a certification, legal opinion, regulatory classification, or absolute security guarantee.
How can my team review the workflow?
Request a demo and we will walk through the product workflow, map it to your current follow-up process, and identify any deployment-specific integration or review requirements.
